What We Offer
The Meal Prep Coaching Program
One focused program. Four live sessions. A Sunday routine that gives you five days of food every week.
The Core Program
Sunday Routine Coaching
This is the primary service offered by Wepivo Savuke. It's a structured coaching program delivered over four live video sessions, with follow-up support available between calls. The program teaches a specific Sunday prep approach that produces five days of lunches and dinners using a manageable number of ingredients.
Four Live Video Sessions
Each session is conducted over video call and runs approximately sixty to ninety minutes. Sessions are scheduled at intervals that allow you to practice between calls. The spacing matters. You learn something, try it, and bring questions back to the next session.
Sunday Prep System
The core of the program is a structured Sunday prep session. You'll learn a specific sequence of tasks that makes the process efficient, what to cook in what order, and how to store components so they stay fresh and usable through the week.
Ingredient Management
One of the most practical parts of the program is learning how to select a small set of ingredients that work across multiple meals. This reduces shopping complexity and waste while keeping meals varied enough to stay interesting.
Between-Session Support
Questions that come up between sessions don't have to wait. Follow-up support is available throughout the program so that practical problems get addressed when they're relevant, not a week later.

Customized Prep Framework
A written version of your personal prep system, developed through the sessions and refined to reflect your specific schedule and preferences.
Ingredient Overlap Templates

Between-Session Messaging Support

After each session, a brief written summary of what was covered and what to focus on before the next call. Keeps the program organized and easy to reference.
Program Fit
Who This Program Works For
This program works well for people at different points in their cooking journey. What they tend to share is a desire to eat better at home and a recognition that past attempts haven't produced a consistent habit.
The coaching adapts to where you are. Someone who rarely cooks will work through different material than someone who cooks regularly but struggles with the planning side. Both approaches lead to the same core skill: a reliable Sunday system.
Infrequent Home Cooks
People who cook occasionally but haven't built a consistent habit. The program starts with fundamentals and builds toward a full weekly system.
Busy Households
Families or shared households where weeknight cooking feels impractical. Batch prep on Sunday changes the equation significantly.
Solo or Couple Households
Cooking for one or two often feels inefficient. The ingredient strategy in this program is designed to work at smaller scales without waste.
Previous Attempts
People who've tried meal planning before and found it unsustainable. The live coaching format addresses the specific points where plans typically break down.
